RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You'll need your order number (this number can be found in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails, under "Customer P.O." on your packing slip, or by logging into your Varley account) and the zip code of the address the package was delivered to.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and we ask that you take care when trying on items. Items with make-up, deodorant, or other stains are considered damaged and will not be accepted.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For international returns outside of the US, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise received past 30 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an Varley digital gift card.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To create a return or exchange, please visit returns.varley.com and follow the steps within the portal. You'll need two things:
1. Your Order Number, which can be found -
- in your order confirmation email
- in your shipping confirmation email
- on your packing slip under "Customer P.O."
- by logging into your Varley Account
2. Your Zip Code
Please note, if you receive the error message "Order not found," you are not using a valid order number.
Once your return or exchange has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at your nearest carrier location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 2-7 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
