For our five minutes we decided to take to the hills to one of our favourite hike spots, and this is what we found out:

What does keeping active mean to you and what kind of workouts do you like?

Staying active is very important to me. Not only in regards to being in the entertainment industry but making it a lifestyle regardless of what you do professionally is a much. It's a way to escape and let go for me. Kickboxing , Pilates, Yoga and Equestrian Horse Back Riding are my go to routines to stay fit and active.

How often do you workout?

Depending on work, I always aim for 5 days throughout the week It's nice to have the weekend off so your muscles can rest and recuperate.

What do you like wear while working out?

I always love a sports bra top and tight leggings down to my ankles with comfortable Nike tennis shoes. Varley is my absolute go to brand for activewear. I'm always in workout clothes running around. Whether I'm running errands after a workout or going straight to a meeting, Varley makes me feel sexy and always put together.

What are your favourite Varley pieces?

My favourite pieces right now are the Lauren Burgundy Compression Tight, the Leonie Burgundy Snake Crop and the Lena Python Compression Tight.

When preparing for a shoot how do you up your workout and nutrition routine?

I add more weights to my routine and really focus on kickboxing before a shoot or before filming. Kickboxing is such a great way to stay lean while still building muscle, strength and balance. I try to be really careful about carb intake and drink lots and lots of water.
