COVID-19 UPDATE (APRIL 2020)

We are pleased to say that our US warehouses are still operational at this time. Although Covid-19 may affect the timeframe in which some orders are shipped and received, there are currently no shipping restrictions. We are working hard to make sure our standard shipping speeds are met as much as possible.

Shipping is free to the United States on all orders.

How long will my order take to ship?

We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday) within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

How long with it take my order to arrive?

Average shipping times:
Within the US - less than 5 business days
US to Canada or Mexico - 3 to 5 business days
The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location.

Do you cover duties?

Please note that duties & taxes may apply to international orders shipping to Canada or Mexico. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only charged at checkout to orders shipping to California, New York, Iowa, Colorado, North Carolina & Nevada.

Why can’t I select my country from the checkout?

We have two different versions of our website. We facilitate USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America orders from our USA warehouse and UK, EUROPE and other International orders out of our UK warehouse. If you cannot select your country at checkout please switch between sites at the bottom of our homepage by selecting the flag icon. From there, you can toggle between our USA and UK stores.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please use an alternative address at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you should receive a confirmation with your tracking number and link attached.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To provide the fastest possible delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
